Commercial

Commercial Customers:

Safety: Harendt Construction Group follows all safety guideline out lined by OSHA and or the customer’s guidelines, whichever is more stringent. We also provide training to our employee’s and provide each employee with a safety manual as a reference to the companies polices. This safety manual is available upon request, should it be needed to qualify Harendt Construction Groups safety program. Deposits: Harendt Construction Group requires that a deposit of 25% be made for all private contracts. Payment of this deposit is acceptance of the terms and scope outlined in our estimate. Deposits are used to secure long lead items and cover up front cost. Deposits are non-refundable as they are paid to our vendors to secure the production of a product specific to a client’s project and are not resalable or usable for any other purpose. Payment: Harendt Construction Group accepts payments via company check, Electronic transfers, and most major credit cards. If payment is made with credit card a 2.5% (of the total amount charged) convenience fee does apply and will be added to the invoice total.

Job Order Contracting

Harendt Construction Group holds several JOC contracts with universities, municipalities and other agencies. We can prevent the hassle of your projects having to go out for bid by leveraging our existing contracts. Competitive Sealed Proposal

Harendt Construction Group utilizes our extensive network of proven and qualified trades to provide our customers with the most competitive pricing. We can prepare the CSP per your specifications or provide a professional, well-organized proposal.

Harendt Construction Group has a network of qualified design professionals in all disciplines. We can assemble a design team with the right professional for your project, coordinate the bid documents, specifications, and review for constructability to meet your timeline and your budget.
